Sydiving in Cape Town – Diepkloof Airfield
Behind Mother City Skydiving in Cape Town at Diepkloof Airfield is a group of full-time air sports professionals with thousands of jumps between us. We jump daily, year-round, and genuinely love to fly.
Skydiving is more than a job to us. It is our passion, and sharing the experience of freefall and flight over our incredible playground in the sky is a privilege we never take for granted. No experience is needed, just a sense of adventure and the excitement to take the leap.
Skydiving at an Active Cape Town Airfield
Mother City Skydiving offers a skydiving experience just outside Cape Town at Diepkloof Airfield, where tandem skydiving, club jumping and aviation activity are part of daily life at the drop zone.
From the moment you arrive, you step into an active air-sports environment. The setting is open and relaxed, with a focus on safe, enjoyable skydiving, clear briefings, working airfield procedures and a strong respect for the sport.
For many visitors, a tandem skydive is their first step into freefall. The build-up, the aircraft ride, the door opening and the moment you leave the plane all become part of an experience that is hard to compare with anything else.
Whether you are arriving for your first tandem skydive or returning to jump again, the experience is about more than the freefall. It is the aircraft, the altitude, the preparation, the people and the feeling of flying.
